We understand that circumstances can change and that sometimes we don’t always make the right decision (we’re only human after all) that’s why we offer a Money Back Guarantee, which means you can return your car to us within 7 days of collection for a full refund, all we ask is that you don’t drive more than 500 miles and return it to us in the same condition as when you collected it. 

*Price Promise - if you can find the identical used car at a competitor dealer with a like for like offer outside the Quicks Group for less within seven days of placing your order with Quicks, we will refund the difference in price. Claims submitted under Price Promise must be accompanied by a genuine written retail quotation from a UK main dealer, on a car of identical specification, model year, offer and mileage within 2000 miles.
