Terms & Conditions for a £50 recommendation Voucher  (c) Pendragon PLC 2008

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will affect or restrict the statutory rights of a customer.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings:

·         Recommendation Voucher – means the voucher or cheque enclosed with these Terms & Conditions.

·         Recommender – means the existing Quicks customer named on the Recommendation Voucher.

·         Recommendee – means a family member or friend of the Recommender.

·         Quicks Customer – means any person, film or company who has placed an order for the purchase of a motor vehicle pursuant to the Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Used Vehicles.

1.       References to a vehicle purchase are to a vehicle purchase by the Recommendee within the Terms & Conditions for the Sale of New or Used Vehicles.  A vehicle purchase will be concluded when a contract is formed pursuant to the Terms & Conditions for the Sale of New or Used Vehicles as entered into by a purchaser on the sales invoice order and in no other circumstances will vehicle purchase be deemed to occur.

2.       Recommendation Vouchers must be represented prior to negotiation and purchase.  Pendragon PLC or any of its subsidiary companies reserve the right to refuse payment of £50 nowithstanding the successful completion of a vehicle purchase by the Recommendee pursuant to clause 1 above.

3.       The presentation of a Recommentation Voucher by the Recommendee does not represent the intention of Pendragon PLC or any of its subsidiary companies to enter a contract or legal relations with the Recommendee and is dependent in its entirety on the successful completion of a purchase pursuant to clause 1 above.

4.       The Recommendation Voucher book applies to a vehicle purchase within any Quicks Store owned and operated by the Pendragon PLC or any of its subsidiary companies.  For the purposes of this offer a vehicle purchase applies to any vehicle, both new and used.

5.       The paint protection treatment is a one-off treatment and can only be claimed for the Recommendee’s vehicle described and referred to on the Recommendee’s Order Form, pursuant to the Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Used Vehicles.

6.       Any person acting on behalf of Quicks has the right to refuse acceptance of a Recommendation Voucher on any grounds and may, where necessary demand the return of the Recommendation Vouchers where not used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, are fraudulently duplicated or where that person believes that it would be to the detriment of Pendragon PLC and/or its subsidiary companies to accept a Recommendation Voucher.

7.       This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Pendragon PLC or any of its subsidiary companies.

8.       Pendragon PLC or any of its subsidiary companies reserves the right to demand repayment in full of the £50 and/or full cost of any paint protection treatment obtained in connection with the use of Recommendation Voucher in the event that a sale does not conclude for any reason or in accordance with clause 1 of these Terms & Conditions, or where any person acting on behalf of Quicks believes that it would be to the detriment of Pendragon PLC and/or its subsidiary companies to allow sale to continue.
